Oluwasegun Akinade is the Founder, and Executive Director, The Pathfinder Youth Network, He is a pastor, social entrepreneur, author, health and safety advocate, and a teens & youth coach with over a decade’s experience in youth development initiatives.

Oluwasegun holds a BSc. & a MSc. Degree in Political Science from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile=Ife and the University of Lagos, Akoka respectively with other certifications in Leadership Development, HSE, Digital Marketing, Public Speaking, Project Management, and others.

His work experience cut across industries ranging from oil & gas, education, and catering.

Oluwasegun loves human capacity development, especially among youth, and he is passionately devoted to helping young people become their best for God and the society at large.

Olamide Makinde is the Director of Planning and Research. An undergraduate of the University of Lagos, Systems Engineering department. She possesses skills in software and web development. She currently works as a freelance copy editor and content writer.

Olayemi Shodeko is the director of Human Resources. A seasoned Human Resources Professional with over 10 years working experience that cuts across several industries ranging from Engineering and Information technology to Real Estate, Oil & Gas and Marine. She holds several professional certifications from various professional bodies that cut across the globe, has attended several trainings and is also a licensed Human Resources Practitioner.
